On-Line Application :
차제적으로 개발한 온라인 접수를 통해서 교사들을 개별적인 응시한다.
서류전형 (1단계 선별) :
접수된 이력서와 On-Line Application에서 경력과 자격여부를
선별한다.
개별면접 (2단계 선별) :
교사의 인성을 파악하고 사회봉사 경험 여부등을 파악하여 회원들과
의 인간적 관계(Relationship)을 잘 할 수 있는지를 선별한다.
신원확인 (3단계 선별) :
범죄여부 확인(Criminal Record Checking)을 통하여 교사로서의
법적 여부가 있는지 선별한다.
관리 평가 (4단계 선별) :
한국식 교육 관리방식이나 행정양식 작성요령등 자체 교육을 실시한
후 충분한 자격이 있는지 선별한다.
최종 확정 :
상기의 4단계 검증을 통과한 교사에게 최종적으로 ㈜월드튜터링의 교사로서 활동할 수 있도록 확정합니다.

Hello everyday! It's really fantastic that
I have the opportunity to meet so many Korean students again.
Actually, I was a teacher in Ilsan ( new city ) about ten years ago.
While I stayed in Korea , I taught English at ECC Language Insitute.
My experience with Korean people and food were great.
I was very sad to leave. After Korea I taught English in Switzerland
for a couple of years and also in Taiwan for the past seven years.
After nearly a decade away from my native country, Canada ,
I feel very happy to be able to return to Toronto .
It is ironic that my first teaching job back home is with Korean
students. I look forward to getting to know my students much
better of the course of our online tutoring course. Try not to be
too shy!!! If you don't speak as often as possible, you're English
will never improve. Until then, KIMCHI!!! |

Hello students. My name is Jennifer McMillan. I live in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. I am originally from a small town in Nova Scotia,
which is east of Toronto. It is colder and snowier in Nova Scotia than
in Toronto because Nova Scotia is right on the Atlantic Ocean. I have
never been to Korea, but I am glad to learn about Korea from you.
I have a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, as well as a
Bachelor of Education to teach at the elementary school level. I have
been a teacher for five years. In the past, I have taught English as a
Second Language to immigrants from all over the world in Canada, and
helped students find jobs. I have tutored adult literacy to students who did not read very well.
Now, I supply teach for adult education and I teach children how to
write the entrance exam for private school. I am really excited to work with you. |

I had the opportunity to teach in Korea last year. I taught at ECC in Yeonsu, Incheon. My teaching and cultural experiences in Korea were great!
The Korean people are great and the food is delicious! I must mention how I enjoyed shopping and jiljilbang. One of my favorite place in Korea is Sorak-san.
Korea is a place I will never forget and hope to visit again someday. It's such a pleasure having the chance to teach you. I hope to get to know you all.
